Directions
Saute garlic and onion in extra virgin coconut oil.
Add in meat and cook a few minutes. Add in pasta sauce and cook down for 5 minutes.
Scramble eggs in a different pan and add in to pasta sauce.
Add in the kale leaves last and cook until wilted.
Salt and serve.
Tip!
This recipe does not contain many non-starchy vegetables. To maximize your results, it is highly recommended that you eat at least three servings of non-starchy vegetables via a SANE side dish or green smoothie along with this main dish.
