Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 8 fl oz. unsweetened thin coconut milk
  • 5 oz / 140g kale
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 small avocado
  • 2/3 cup / 2 oz / 55g vanilla whey
  • 6 oz / 170g frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/3 cups / 10 fl oz. water
  • Xylitol or equivalent sweetener to taste if needed
