Preheat oven 425 degrees f.
Drizzle 9×9 glass pan with extra virgin coconut oil.
Place fillets in pan and flip to coat in oil.
Apply garlic salt, pepper, and basil to each fillet.
Carefully pack cheese on top of fillets. try to not get on bottom of pan as it will burn.
Bake for about 5-10 min until fish flakes with fork, and cheese is lightly browned.
This recipe does not contain many non-starchy vegetables. To maximize your results, it is highly recommended that you eat at least three servings of non-starchy vegetables via a SANE side dish or green smoothie along with this main dish.
