Sprinkling some of this on top of some greek yogurt is a great way to get your nutrient dense protein alongside this tasty source of whole food fats.

Experiment with the ratios of the nuts/seeds in the granola in order to make the recipe super SANE - for instance, cashew nuts, almonds, and hazelnuts are all SANE sources of whole food fats, though coconut is the SANEst of them all. The granola can be made more SANE by increasing the volume of coconut and decreasing the volume of the other nuts and seeds. Also, experiment with using some chia seeds instead of flax seeds to make the recipe more super SANE.
