4 cups low sodium chicken broth (use a good quality stock)
1/2 teaspoon coconut aminos
1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
1 cup frozen green pea (baby peas are nice)
1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1 egg, lightly beaten
4 cups bean sprouts

Directions
In saucepan, bring chicken stock and coconut aminos to a boil. Add chicken, peas and green onion; bring to a boil again.
Remove from heat; drizzle in egg in slow steady stream. Add bean sprouts. Let sit for 1 minute for egg to set.
Stir gently before ladling into bowls.
