1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry

1 cup low sodium, low fat vegetable broth
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion

Directions
In a wok over high heat, heat the extra virgin coconut oil. Add the mushrooms and saute for 4 minutes.
Add soy sauce, sherry,
