To make this recipe more SANE, try replacing some of the coconut cream with coconut milk, and experiment with less xylitol and add a clean chocolate protein powder.
To make variants of this recipe, try removing the peppermint extract and replacing with other flavors. Example: orange extract, chai spice, chilli, peanut butter, espresso, berries, anything else that pairs with chocolate well. This recipe should not be used to try and make a non-chocolate flavored pudding.
