Using 1 tablespoon coconut oil, brown roast on all sides in a Dutch Oven.
Add onion and cook until transparent.
Add coffee, 3/4 cup water, bouillon, basil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Combine guar gum, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, and the remaining water in a bowl. Stir as you add some of the liquid from the pan.
Now pour this mixture into pan; cook and stir until thick.
Slice and serve.
This recipe does not contain many non-starchy vegetables. To maximize your results, it is highly recommended that you eat at least three servings of non-starchy vegetables via a SANE side dish or green smoothie along with this main dish.
