In a shallow bowl, combine soy sauce, xylitol, lemon juice, melted extra virgin coconut oil, garlic, onion, ginger and pepper. Coat steak with marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
Grill steak for 7 to 8 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
This recipe does not contain many non-starchy vegetables. To maximize your results, it is highly recommended that you eat at least three servings of non-starchy vegetables via a SANE side dish or green smoothie along with this main dish.
