Directions
Grease pan with 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil.
Place fillets, skin side down in an 8×8 baking dish.
Combine cilantro, garlic, lime juice, remaining extra virgin coconut oil, and (if desired) salt in a small bowl.
Pour mixture over fish.
Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes, to desired doneness. (Thicker fillets will require additional time.).
Tip!
This recipe does not contain many non-starchy vegetables. To maximize your results, it is highly recommended that you eat at least three servings of non-starchy vegetables via a SANE side dish or green smoothie along with this main dish.
