Yield: Makes 6 donuts, 1 donut = 1 serving
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 6-well donut pan with non-stick spray.
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, pulse a few times, scraping the container between pulses.
- Pour into donut pan and bake for 13 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out on a wire rack to cool completely.
- Optional: Grate SANE sweetened chocolate over the top of the donuts, as pictured. Alternatively, glaze by mixing cocoa powder coconut milk and coconut oil and drizzling over and then sprinkling with cacao nibs.
