Directions
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Whisk together coconut flour, guar gum, eggs, milk and salt.
Pour oil into an 8-inch square baking dish, and place on center rack in oven for 5 minutes, until oil is just before smoking hot. Then add batter and bake 15 minutes.
Lower temperature to 350° F and bake for 15 to 20 minutes more, until lightly browned. Serve piping hot.
