3 medium Zucchinis
1/8 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 small Red Onion
1 fl ounce Fresh Lemon Juice

Directions
Cook garlic and onion with extra virgin coconut oil in a skillet over medium-low heat till softened.
Increase heat to medium-high and add zucchini, onion and red pepper flakes. Use salt and pepper to taste. Cook an additional 5 minutes.
Drizzle with lemon juice and add mint.
