1/2 large head chopped Cabbage
1/2 large head medium Red Cabbage

Directions
Combine mayonnaise, coconut cream, blue cheese, vinegar, garlic and salt in a large bowl. Add green and red cabbage and toss well.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving. (Can be made ahead. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate up to 24 hours.)
