Trim 4 pork chops of all visible fat.
Put in a pyrex baking dish and add lemon juice, oregano, thyme and black pepper.
Marinate for 10 minutes.
Coat a non-stick frying pan with extra virgin coconut oil.
On a medium-high heat, cook chops 4-5 minutes each side depending on thickness and desired doneness.
This recipe does not contain many non-starchy vegetables. To maximize your results, it is highly recommended that you eat at least three servings of non-starchy vegetables via a SANE side dish or green smoothie along with this main dish.
