Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a square pan with aluminum foil and spray it with coconut oil spray.
In a blender, blend together the chiles, eggs and egg whites, cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheese until smooth. Poor in prepared pan and bake covered for 45 minutes or until eggs are set.
Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese on top, allow to melt and cool slightly then serve.
Tip!
This recipe does not contain many non-starchy vegetables. To maximize your results, it is highly recommended that you eat at least three servings of non-starchy vegetables via a SANE side dish or green smoothie along with this main dish.
